Dear Parents and Parents-to-be,
Welcome to Orange Dot and congratulations on this exciting time in your life! Picking the perfect program for you and/or your new family is not an easy task. You only have one chance to take the perfect prenatal class or first new mommy program with your new bundle of joy.  Orange Dot's Prenatal and Postnatal programs are everything I would have wanted during my pregnancies and especially postpartum. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and support you deserve to have a memorable pregnancy, delivery and postpartum experience.

Once your doctor gives you clearance after your delivery we would be honored to kick your butt into the best shape of your life! Our infamous Postnatal Butt-kickin' class will rock your world! Come with your baby and allow us to transform your body. The results are incredible!

Now for your growing children ... most parents can't decide what classes their children will best benefit from. Being a mom of three (8 months Hudson, 2.5 years Liam, 5 years Benjamin) and having a background in music, dance, children's theatre and design, I thought it would be best for each of our classes (Kinderbabies 3mos+, MiniDot 8mos.+, and TripleDot playschool 14mos+) to offer many aspects of the performing and fine arts. This exposure to the arts is invaluable for your children.
